We are looking for an awesome Salesforce Developer to help us build a world-leading Salesforce agency for consumer-facing digital experiences.

What we’re looking for

A smart and creative Salesforce developer with good experience, an eye for detail and the ability to develop high-quality salesforce applications that fulfil the requirements of our clients. You should have extensive experience with LWC’s and an interest in user interfaces, alongside a strong foundation knowledge of the Salesforce Platform.

You should care about quality, be naturally inquisitive and provide creative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

1. Developing high-quality, standards compliant, Salesforce applications that meet the needs and requirements of our clients
2. Working with colleagues to identify and define excellent technical solutions to functional and technical challenges
3. Working to, maintaining and improving our development and technical standards
4. Supporting the development of colleagues through mentorship and, potentially, line management
5. Working within project teams to support the development objectives of particular client projects
6. Ensuring the effectiveness of our development operations and enacting changes to improve performance where necessary

Experience

You should have at least 4 years of experience of working as a Salesforce developer that allows you to demonstrate competency with:

DevOps:

1. Salesforce DX
2. Git and GitHub (or similar)
3. Salesforce CLI
4. Package based development
5. Scratch Orgs
6. A CI tool

Programming:

1. Apex
2. Javascript
3. HTML
4. CSS

The Salesforce Platform:

1. Metadata API
2. Flow
3. Experience Cloud
4. Sales Cloud
5. Service Cloud

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
